Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online store AeroShorts. These T&C apply regardless of the country from which the customer orders.

3. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the sale of digital content in the form of e-books. The essential features of the products can be found in the respective product descriptions in the online store.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
(3) We confirm receipt of the order immediately by email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT.
(2) Payment can be made via [e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer].
(3) For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g., within the scope of the reverse charge procedure) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties) may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

6. Delivery

(1) The delivery of the e-books is carried out by providing a download link after payment has been made.
(2) The customer will receive the download link by email.

7. Right of Withdrawal

(1) Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
(2) In contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., e-books), the right of withdrawal expires once we have started the execution of the contract and the consumer has expressly agreed that we start executing the contract, and at the same time has confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal with the start of the execution of the contract.

Withdrawal Policy:
"I expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period. I acknowledge that by this consent I lose my right of withdrawal with the start of the execution of the contract."

8. Data Protection

(1) We collect, process, and use the customer's personal data only within the scope of the statutory provisions.

9. Liability and Warranty

(1) The statutory provisions apply.
(2) Our liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, provided that no essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are affected, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health or guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act are concerned.

10. Final Provisions

(1) German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence.
(2) Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
